Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and objectives, employing diagnostic tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Offer personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress, employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, working through relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and conflicts, as well as guiding families toward effective coping strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting measurable objectives and continuously assessing progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate psychological support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring proper referrals and resources are connected.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available support services, empowering them with the tools necessary for managing their mental health.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
