This role is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach and engage with clients across Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Aspire Counseling Services, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and support one another in a structured environment.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create custom, goal-oriented treatment plans that focus on their specific mental health needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using evidence-based assessment tools and feedback methods to guide ongoing treatment.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces challenges such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, academic stress, and transitional life events. Your work will play a crucial role in guiding them through their mental health journeys, helping them build resilience and achieve lasting change.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and active LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on young adult populations.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences and skills are highly desirable:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
