Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients via virtual sessions to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific issues.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that all client records are updated within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in professional development workshops and stay current with research related to mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

You will work with a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience level.
