Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial assessments and in-depth evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring the methodologies align with client circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative case discussions with multidisciplinary teams comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical considerations and legal requirements in the counseling field.

• Continuous professional development by remaining informed about the latest research in mental health, participating in workshops, and pursuing relevant training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is essential.
