Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Provide effective telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and others appropriate for client needs.

• Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

• Collaborate actively with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for clients with complex needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance your skills and competencies in the field of mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
