Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients who may experience barriers to accessing traditional mental health care, including underserved populations and those facing socioeconomic challenges. Our caseload consists of individuals dealing with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational difficulties. Your role will significantly impact their mental health journeys, providing them with tools and support to lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
