Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans that align with the unique needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, providing clients with access to additional support services as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Provide guidance and support to clients facing challenges related to personal growth, relationship issues, trauma, and mental health disorders.

• Engage proactively in supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance professional development and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Life Partners Counseling Center, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health support. Your clients may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer client referrals to help build your caseload and efficient onboarding processes for billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients.
