Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heart Share Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment where young adults can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions focusing on the unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of your clients. Develop collaborative coping strategies and actionable plans that empower them to achieve their goals.

• Treatment Planning: Work together with clients to formulate individualized, goal-driven treatment plans tailored to their needs, ensuring alignment with their aspirations and preferences.

Qualifications\n

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
