Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via video conferencing or phone calls, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Create personalized treatment plans by assessing clients’ needs, strengths, and goals, and regularly monitor progress to adjust strategies when necessary.

• Develop and implement effective coping strategies and life skills that empower clients to tackle their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the nature of the care provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
