Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that respond to their specific mental health needs, taking into consideration their history, current concerns, and personal goals.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions with individuals and provide family therapy sessions as needed, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each session, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on complex cases and share insights with fellow healthcare providers, enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure ethical practices in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a culturally diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to engage with clients from different backgrounds and adapt your counseling techniques accordingly will be crucial in fostering trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic support to a variety of client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
