Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to design customized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Document clinical records meticulously, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling expertise will be directed toward a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, family issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
