Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to clients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of mental health processes and resources.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment strategies that promote holistic health.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring all information is securely managed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a range of mental health issues. Clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Your role will actively involve understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of each client, focusing on culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, with a concentration in counseling or psychology.

• An active and independent LPC licensure from the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
