Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that address clients' individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will be trained and proficient in multiple modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to optimize holistic care for clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring all necessary records are up-to-date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Compass Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
