Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, fostering community and support among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling services that allow clients to explore their thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Track client progress through assessments and feedback, regularly adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and resources to support client recovery.

This position primarily serves young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
