This full-time position is primarily remote, with opportunities to connect in our Irving, Texas facility. We offer a salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this vital role, you will be responsible for facilitating a wide range of therapeutic services and interventions for our clients aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that help clients share experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to the unique needs of each client, allowing them to explore their thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual aspirations and circumstances.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborative Care: Work in close coordination with other team members, engaging in regular communication, sharing insights on complex cases, and contributing to holistic treatment approaches.

This position primarily serves adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive therapeutic relationships.
