Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, your primary focus will be offering quality mental health care to young adults aged 18 to 30 through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group sessions that encourage participation, foster connections among clients, and create a safe space for sharing experiences.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions that empower clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients in creating evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that reflect their strengths and goals.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Use various assessment tools and client feedback to evaluate their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close coordination with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and effective communication regarding client status and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas is essential.
