Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to drive treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services in a variety of formats, including group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse client issues.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care and facilitate quality improvement.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current in the evolving field of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
