Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Offer evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement therapeutic strategies in group settings, as well as facilitate support sessions that encourage open dialogue and sharing of experiences.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes and overall quality of life.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families who face a range of mental health challenges. The LPC will address issues that include but are not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. By developing personalized approaches to therapy, you will assist clients in overcoming barriers to achieving emotional resilience and stability, thus promoting their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly in clinical settings.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients of various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated competence in understanding legal and ethical standards relevant to the mental health field.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
