Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing counselors to navigate their professional responsibilities from the comfort of their own home or preferred workspace. However, counselors will occasionally liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams within our outpatient office in Waxahachie. This flexibility enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing vital mental health services during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend work required. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play an instrumental role in delivering holistic and evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique needs of young adults. Your key responsibilities will include:

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic faces varied mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
