Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work environment, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while focusing on delivering exceptional care. The role requires full-time commitment (40 hours per week), with options for a 4x10 or 5x8 shift within the operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct client interviews to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment plans.

• Evaluate client mental health status and develop appropriate treatment strategies within your scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinate and plan therapeutic programs and activities aimed at fulfilling clients' social and emotional requirements.
\n
• Facilitate the resolution of cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, including crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting, respectful relationships with clients to encourage open communication and successful outcomes.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of interventions and make any necessary adjustments to enhance care.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance and accuracy in records.

• Manage a caseload as required, ensuring timely and reflective documentation of services provided.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on clients facing complex psychological challenges, including substance abuse, mood disorders, family conflicts, and grief processing. As an LCSW within our detox center, you will engage with individuals undergoing significant life transitions, offering support and strategies that empower them on their path to recovery and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandated.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is required.
