Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your advanced educational background and clinical training to independently assess and diagnose psychosocial conditions for patients facing mental health challenges.

• Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, incorporating their personal goals and implementing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing various techniques such as solution-focused therapy, problem-solving treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to support a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory for this role.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the State of Pennsylvania is essential.

• A minimum of one year of experience working within a therapeutic setting as an independently licensed therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
