Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of patients.

• Engage in ongoing coordination of behavioral health services among a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring comprehensive adherence to mental health policies and procedures.

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, providing timely evaluations and interventions.

• Perform direct counseling and crisis intervention, utilizing mature judgment to address emergency situations effectively.

• Facilitate referrals for patients requiring inpatient or specialty care, as well as for those seeking medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

• Screen patients for substance abuse issues and provide appropriate counseling or refer to supportive resources within the community.

You will primarily work with individuals across various demographics, including those in hospice care, requiring specialized mental health support to navigate their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
