Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to adults, children, and couples utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Complete all documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans, promptly and accurately to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Regularly schedule and confirm client appointments, maintaining a well-organized calendar to reflect your caseload effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, develop treatment recommendations, and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Utilize our billing service for seamless claims processing, ensuring that client accounts receivable, benefit verification, and payment plans are efficiently managed.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a full caseload within a remote setting.

• Must be available to work no less than 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings weekly.
