Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy designed to address emotional and psychological issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing evidence-based tools and methods to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies aimed at improving client well-being.

• Ensure meticulous clinical documentation is maintained in compliance with all state laws and HIPAA regulations, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Foster a culturally responsive therapeutic setting that respects and integrates the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients into care practices.

• Engage in regular supervision and training opportunities, seeking feedback to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position is to work with a varied patient population including individuals, couples, and families who are facing acute health challenges, psychological distress, and navigating grief and loss. Clients may also include those transitioning to end-of-life care, where empathetic support is critical for their emotional well-being and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• Possession of a current and valid Washington State License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.

• Demonstrated compassionate and empathetic approach in therapy, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ideally in settings related to mental health or hospice care.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to relate effectively to clients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
