Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, utilizing solution-focused frameworks to identify clients’ needs and strengths.

• Developing personalized treatment plans and implementing interventions that resonate with clients, drawing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on working with students and their families, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a vital role in helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience while collaborating with school staff to create a supportive environment for students' mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably within school or community settings.

• Expertise in evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches with a strong foundation in solution-focused techniques.
