Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as other methodologies tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff, to ensure coordinated care and optimize outcomes for clients.

• Participate actively in peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance professional development and improve the quality of care provided to clients.

• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that can support continued wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
