Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for children and adolescents to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique demands of each client.

• Regularly documenting clinical interactions and maintaining client records in adherence with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for patients.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing your clinical practice and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope Behavioral Center, you will primarily serve a diverse population of children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical knowledge.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
