Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each student.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based, integrated care plans that outline treatment steps and service referrals as needed.

You will work primarily with a diverse cohort of students who exhibit symptoms of major mental illnesses, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and emotional disturbances. Our focus is to create supportive interventions that promote resilience and offer empowerment, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for youth populations, including crisis management experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
