Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients both in the office and within the community, using evidence-based practices to conduct assessments and offer therapeutic interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to clients' needs, ensuring seamless access to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on choice and empowerment for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and provide on-call support as needed during program hours.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, arranging for further evaluations if required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
