Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth platforms, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaborative case discussions to enhance clinical skills and treatment modalities.

• Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document sessions, track client progress, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities through trainings, workshops, and peer discussions to stay current with innovative practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with adult clients, primarily aged 18 and older, providing therapy for a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our practice is particularly focused on supporting diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, and we encourage applicants with experience in these areas to apply. Your role will be vital in fostering a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical counseling experience post-licensure.

• Possess current professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
