Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated and effective care.

• Guide patients and families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them to participate in their treatment journey.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, fostering open communication and emotional healing.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the input from the treatment team and aligned with patient goals and preferences.

• Advocate for patients within the complex mental health system, assisting them in navigating available resources and ensuring their rights and needs are upheld.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential to ensure comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
