Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LICSW, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages, including conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Offering couples therapy sessions, with a focus on navigating relationship challenges and improving communication.
\n
• Documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
\n
• Managing your schedule effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent care, including facilitating ongoing appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
\n
• Utilizing our billing service, which handles claims and insurance-related tasks, allowing you to concentrate fully on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults and couples facing a variety of mental health concerns. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve understanding and empathizing with each client's unique background and circumstances, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field, with a valid LICSW license to practice independently in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center offers competitive compensation based on experience, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus the potential for additional bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
