Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at the Home of Mental Wellness Clinic, your role will encompass a range of tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the patient’s abilities, psychological needs, and support systems, ensuring all aspects that influence mental health are considered.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.

• Providing both individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and support groups.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and updates in patient records, ensuring all interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded and compliant with healthcare regulations.

• Engaging actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress and collaborate on patient care strategies.

• Remaining current with best practices in social work and mental health care through continuous education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be focused primarily on adults dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges. This may include those dealing with critical issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and other psychological disorders. By accommodating the unique needs of each client, your approach will promote an environment of support and understanding, aimed at fostering recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, complete with a professional internship experience.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Recent experience providing psychotherapeutic services, demonstrating skills in various therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is highly desirable. Previous exposure to dealing with complex medical cases, including those with terminal illnesses, can enrich your contributions to our clients and enhance treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package that ranges from $50,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload, along with a benefits package that includes comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and supportive resources for personal well-being.
