Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather client history and identify mental health needs, using the information to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care techniques to address specific mental health challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention support and appropriate referrals as necessary to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous and HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system, documenting session notes and treatment outcomes accurately.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to holistic improvement.

• Effectively manage your own caseload and schedule, providing flexibility to work either full-time or adjust hours as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification issued by the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
