Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LICSW, you will take on diverse responsibilities designed to ensure our clients receive the highest standards of care. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), all while considering the unique preferences and backgrounds of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to HIPAA standards, ensuring that all records are current and compliant with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer reviews to refine therapeutic techniques and share best practices among team members.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health, treatment plans, and community resources available to them, fostering a sense of empowerment and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in providing support throughout their recovery process, tailoring interventions to meet each client's specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
