Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients both in-office and within the community, providing clinical support to individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans, connecting clients with essential services and facilitating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct thorough and developmentally appropriate screenings to assess needs and arrange for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Coordinate crisis intervention strategies and respond swiftly to client emergencies, ensuring a safe environment at all times.

• Maintains a manageable caseload, delivering high-quality services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing presenting issues.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to foster collaboration and uphold agency-wide objectives in delivering effective care.

• Prepare timely reports, documentation, and data submissions in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and professional interactions.
