Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough behavioral health diagnostic and crisis evaluations to assess the needs of clients.

• Utilize standardized cognitive, behavioral, and mental health assessment tools to gather data and inform treatment plans.

• Offer support and resources to patients, as well as their families and caregivers, fostering a network of care.

• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy services, engaging with patients both in individual and group settings to facilitate recovery and growth.

• Assess and determine the type and duration of services required to effectively meet client needs.
\n
• Provide tele-presentation and virtual support as well as telephone counseling to ensure accessibility for all clients.

• Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and home health aides for streamlined care coordination.

• Manage cases for patients and caregivers, ensuring they receive comprehensive and continuous support throughout their treatment journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
