Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope, your essential functions will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' unique needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a wide array of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each approach is tailored to the client's distinct circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and upholds industry standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to streamline patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuous professional development and quality assurance in service delivery.

• Providing education to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources they can access for further assistance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience.
