Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment barriers that may impact their recovery.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans detailing therapeutic interventions and measurable outcomes, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a supportive environment where clients can explore and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including addiction specialists and medical staff, to coordinate holistic care that addresses both psychological and physical wellness.

Qualifications\n
