Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and circumstances of clients entering the detox program.

• Collaborate with the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) team to develop, present, and modify treatment plans based on ongoing client evaluations and feedback.

• Engage actively in clinical case conferences, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment processes and client outcomes.

• Deliver educational lectures focused on chemical dependency to clients and their families, helping to foster understanding of the recovery process.

• Provide individual and group counseling services tailored to the specific needs of clients grappling with chemical dependency issues.
\n
• Implement adolescent therapy and sessions for significant others, families, and multi-family dynamics as part of comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize case management strategies to coordinate resources and referrals, ensuring clients have access to essential support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals in recovery from chemical dependency, including adolescents and their families. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often facing various challenges linked to addiction and mental health. The ability to establish rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship is crucial in promoting positive outcomes for our clients as they navigate the complexities of recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required for this position.

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• At least two (2) years of relevant supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the last five (5) years is necessary.

• Proficient in using technology and software systems to manage client records and document treatment progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
