Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health challenges, including assessment, therapy (individual, group, and family), and crisis intervention.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate more in-depth assessments as needed, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, facilitating access to additional resources and linkages with community services to support ongoing recovery.

• Participate actively as part of a treatment team, sharing insights and contributing to group therapy sessions that focus on collaboration and mutual support.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and maintain organizational standards while treating clients with respect for their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Monitor client progress, managing a caseload effectively to comply with treatment objectives and reporting requirements.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees focusing on service delivery enhancement and best practices.

Qualifications\n
