Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate mental health conditions and social needs, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to gather critical background information.

• Providing individual psychotherapy through evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the challenges faced by clients in a detox setting.

• Collaborating with clients to create and revise personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals, intervention strategies, and timelines, while actively tracking progress through regular follow-up sessions.

• Advocating for clients to enable access to necessary resources, including healthcare services and social support, and acting as a liaison with community organizations to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring all records are secure and confidential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds and personal narratives. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited academic institution.

• A current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of three years of professional experience focused on providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a robust skill set in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
