Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will engage with clients through virtual sessions, leveraging telehealth tools and resources to ensure effective therapy delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and couples therapy, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflicts.

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological conditions comprehensively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, keeping records up to date in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws.

• Foster a culturally sensitive approach in client interactions, ensuring that therapy practices honor and respect the diverse backgrounds and identities of each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients at our detox center, who are navigating complex emotional challenges and behavioral health issues often associated with substance use and life transitions. Your therapeutic expertise will help these clients work towards recovery and improved mental health, catering to individuals, couples, and families navigating this critical phase of their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Washington state LICSW license to practice independently.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing empathetic and culturally competent client care.

• Proven experience delivering therapy services to diverse populations, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
