Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments using evidence-based frameworks to evaluate client strengths and challenges, leading to informed treatment planning.

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in individual and group settings to support clients through their recovery process.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to create a cohesive treatment plan for each client.

• Advocate for client's rights, ensuring access to essential community resources and support services that aid in their long-term recovery and overall well-being.

• Thoroughly document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus includes individuals navigating substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Clients in our detox center often face complex emotional and psychological states, requiring a tailored and compassionate approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with an emphasis on clinical practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
\n
• Proficiency in diagnostic assessments and formulation of individualized treatment plans that are responsive to client feedback and progress.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable the establishment of trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

• Dedication to cultural competence, social equity, and the ethical practice of social work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting, with a firm understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in recovery.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

• Demonstrated capabilities in crisis intervention and safety planning.
