Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through virtual meetings to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, fostering a supportive and transformative environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in clinical social work, preferably in mental health or substance use settings.
