Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques to equip clients with coping strategies to manage cravings and emotional distress effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including addiction specialists and medical staff, to provide seamless care and comprehensive treatment services.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring clients feel safe and supported during their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification, facing challenges related to substance use disorders. The clientele may include individuals from various backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders. Your efforts will significantly contribute to their recovery, providing support through a potentially vulnerable time as they take crucial steps toward sobriety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, ideally in a behavioral health or addiction treatment environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
