Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and individualized needs of patients entering the Detox Center.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to create and implement coordinated care plans.

• Educate and support patients and families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using empirically supported modalities to foster healing and recovery.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, ensuring alignment with patient goals and preferences.

• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating fiercely for their rights and needs.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and discharge planning meetings to promote comprehensive recovery strategies.

You will be working primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
