Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for the well-being of your clients by executing the following:

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, considering their medical history and current situation.

• Consistently monitoring clients' wellbeing and conducting follow-ups to assess their progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment.
\n
• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and enhance the overall care strategy for clients.
\n
• Providing guidance and counseling to clients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to help them navigate challenges.
\n
• Collaborating with parents, school personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, particularly for younger and adolescent clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients in a detoxification setting, where you’ll support individuals grappling with substance use issues. You’ll engage with a diverse client population, each with unique backgrounds and needs, making your role vital in their recovery journey. You will help create a safe, empathetic environment that fosters healing and transformation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active LICSW license in the state of Washington.
\n
• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent verbal communication skills to counsel and support clients effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) to maintain client records and facilitate remote consultations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with 3 or more years of clinical experience in a detox, recovery, or mental health setting will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in addiction treatment will be considered a strong asset.
