Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups using a trauma-informed approach to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account clients’ unique histories, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Collaborate with other team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide comprehensive care for our clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and our organizational policies, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients at our detox center who are dealing with substance use issues as well as anxiety and depression. These individuals often face significant challenges in their recovery journey, and it will be your responsibility to provide support, understanding, and effective therapeutic interventions. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate through difficult times, promoting resilience and fostering positive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans, demonstrating a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all aspects of your work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote service delivery, particularly with technology platforms designed for mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
