Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, personal strengths, and available resources for recovery.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapies utilizing established evidence-based treatment models, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific therapeutic goals and corresponding interventions based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services, complete risk assessments, and establish safety plans when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in need.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in alignment with ethical and legal standards to maintain accurate patient records.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, therapeutic groups, and support sessions that enhance clients' understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care focused on the client’s overall health and recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse client population, providing tailored interventions aimed at fostering recovery and enhancing mental health across various demographics and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• An active Wisconsin Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with background and experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
